1. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Online booking: first and last name, email address, phone number, the treatments you select, your appointment date and time, and any note you add.
- Online payment: when you pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, your payment details are entered into a secure form provided by Square and go directly to Square. We do not see or store your full card number; we receive only payment details such as the amount, the card brand and the last four digits. When you pay with Zelle or Venmo, the payment is handled by your bank or Venmo, and we receive the sender name, amount and memo.
- When you contact us by phone, text message, email or Instagram: the information you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically
- Technical data: when you load the Website, your browser connects to our hosting provider and to the third-party services listed in section 3. These providers receive technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information and the page requested, which they may log for security and operation.
- No tracking by us: we do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or marketing cookies on the Website. The Website does not set its own cookies.
2. How we use your information
- to schedule, confirm, change and manage your appointments;
- to send appointment confirmations and reminders by email or text message;
- to answer your questions and communicate with you about your visit;

4. How long we keep your information
We keep booking and client records for as long as you are a client and afterwards for as long as needed for our legitimate business purposes and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
5. Your choices and rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what personal information we have about you;
- correct information that is inaccurate;
- delete your personal information, unless we must keep it by law;
- stop sending you reminders by email or text message.

We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will not treat you differently for exercising your privacy rights.
Text messages: you can reply STOP to any appointment text message from our booking system to stop receiving texts, where this option is offered, or contact us directly.
6. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because we do not track visitors across websites, the Website does not change its behavior in response to these signals.
7. Security
The Website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and booking requests are sent over encrypted connections to our booking provider. Access to client records is limited to our staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
8. Children
The Website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 online. Appointments for minors must be made by a parent or legal guardian. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

The Website links to other sites, such as Instagram, Google Maps and Square. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites.
